You may wish to turn off the Microsoft Internet Explorer Information Bar that opens and says;
"To help protect your security, Internet Explorer has restricted this webpage from running scripts . . .

To turn off this bar do the following:

Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options -

Click the Advanced Tab, scroll down to the Security sub-section and Check Mark,
Allow active content to run in files on My Computer.

You must close and reopen Internet Explorer for this change to take effect.
