Your Own Background Images    Although there are many background images with Auction Template Builder to choose from there comes a time when we want something just for a certain purpose.   Say you want a unique color background image. Use a drawing program to make a 100 pixel by 100 pixel box and fill it with the color you want. Then save it to the C:\atbuild\atb\backgrounds folder or upload it to the web with a name like mynewcolor.jpg. Then enter backgrounds\mynewcolor.jpg or the URL of the image in the Table Background Image data field. Click Test View Page and you have your new background.   If you do not have a drawing program that you are already familiar with you can use the paint program that came with your windows operating system. To locate the paint program click Start – All Programs – mouse over Accessories and scroll down to Paint and left click to open the Paint program.  Using the Paint Program is a simple matter. Here are the steps to make a color block for a background.   1. Open the Paint Program 2. You will see a white square in the main window 3. Left Click on Edit, slide down and left Click Select All 4. Left Click Image, slide down and left click Attributes 5. Put 100 in the Width box and put 100 in the Height box and left Click OK 6. Left Click Colors then left Click Edit Colors 7. Pick or Define Custom the color you want and left Click OK 8. In the Tool Box in the left column left Click the Fill With Color icon. 9. Slide your mouse pointer into the white square and left Click. 10.  Left Click File, slide down and left Click Save As 11.  Navigate to the C:\atbuild\atb\backgrounds folder 12.  Change Save As Type to JPEG 13.  Enter the name you want for your file in the File name: box 14.  Left Click the Save button 15.  Left Click File, slide down and left Click Exit   That’s it, Your done!
