Get
XnView
Some people use a program that came with their camera. Most programs like Photoshop from Adobe are too complicated and have a steep learning curve while many of the free programs are too limited and also hard to learn.
There are online photo editing sites and they are time consuming and can be expensive.
Then there is XnView. This program takes only a few minutes to learn and you will be ready to manage your images with ease.
You can download XnView at:

You will get the following pop-up:
Click Save, and the following screen will appear:
Make sure Save In: shows Desktop and click the Save button in the lower right of the window.
You may get the following screen:
If you do, just click Run, it will be no problem.
You will then see the following screen:
Nothing required here. Just Click the Next button.
You will then see the following screen:
Click the little circle next to I accept the agreement so that a green dot shows in the little circle as shown above then Click the Next button.
You will then see the following screen:
Accept the default folder location by clicking the Next button.
You will then see the following screen:
Again, accept the defaults by just Clicking the Next button.
You will then see the following screen:
Again, accept the default folder by Clicking the Next button.
You will then see the following screen:
Accept the defaults by Clicking the Next button.
You will then see the following screen:
Nothing to change here, Click the Install button.
You will then see the following screen:
You will see the above screen while XnView installs.
No need to Click anything. Just watch.
When it completes you will see the following screen:
This screen shows that XnView is ready to complete it’s installation.
Click the Finish button.
You will be back at your Desktop.
You can now remove the Icon from you desktop that says XnView-win-en.exe by RIGHT Clicking on the Icon, selecting Delete with your mouse.
Note: Be careful Not to delete the Icon that just says XnView as that is the one you just installed.
